The message you are receiving generally is related to a missing part of an App or the OS link to something like email accounts.
You may also have too many apps loaded and not enough memory to load all the parts of the App.
It may be easier to do a backup of your contacts and reload a clean OS on the phone. do not reload the backup or any apps until you verify the phone is working wit factory installed apps and other items.
Once your sure you can restore the contacts then test again.
If you have any Apps you added I would only load one at a time to see if one is causing the problem. Test after each is loaded.
Again if you have too many apps or other memory required items you may nee to reduce some.
