I'm fairly certain no one can do any better, not unless they can get the device to boot.

See http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/dynam...C&kcId=KB17877 and make sure you were following the correct procedure to start in safe mode.

At any rate, if you do a warranty exchange by mail, the carrier will send you a refurb and you will send you unit back and never see it again.

You could try going into a store and seeing if they can get it to boot for you.
