My friend has a Moto Q, the old one, not a newer model. Her company is changing phones, she may be getting a BlackBerry soon. She has a lot of photos and videos on the Q that she'd like to keep. I read the manual for the Q, but it doesn't say if you can transfer media from the device to the PC with ActiveSync. She can't install Active Sync on her work computer so I was going to help her. I have no experience with Windows Mobile devices and was wondering if anyone knows about this. She doesn't have a media card.
