I installed the BlackBerry Desktop Manager program and my phone BlabkBerry 8200 functioned normally without any problem, transfer photos and files normally. Soon after about three months that have elapsed appeared the following problem. He is no longer recognizing the system is showing the following error when I plug it into the USB port appears the following error (unknown device) already reinstalled the program from the CD but said nothing. I can no longer do anything or transfer pictures and music. If any of you have any suggestions please post or send the message to [email address]

I installed the drivers folder (C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Research In Motion \ USB Drivers)
