I just ordered a storm. This is my first time ever using a BB, so I am very confused about all the services.
I ordered my unlocked BB storm from Germany. I live in Morocco and will be using the phone in Morocco. Contacted the provider, they explained that I would have an email set up and unlimited access to internet.
I asked them about IM chat and they said it was another service that costs extra and is treated as sms. So each time I chat; I would actually pay as if I was sending an SMS.
I'm really confused, can I NOT go with that service and simply install RIM's MSN on my BB and not pay?
Also, can I use Facebook on my BB storm?

I did a lost of research; but got even more confused.
Please help, the service techs here are not very savy.
