the icons do look larger in the screenshots, that bothered me too.
I also get a green checkmark behind the signal icon (airport) when there is full signal, so it doesn't look quite as clean as the screenshots in my opinion.
It is a nice theme, he does great work.... but those two things bothered me as well.
