hello, bb9000 fell off bed and has not powered up since. when battery is inscerted- red light stays on for about 10 secs then goes to a four blink sequence then pause then four blink etc

tried another battery- didnt work

tried this forum suggestion- is making connection sound but not connecting to desktop manager
