I have the same problem with mine. However, I dropped it from about seven feet, so I figured something must have jarred loose. It self corrected once( at least I think so) till I driopped it again. Now it doesn't work. Soon as I can find an itty bitty screw driver I plan to dig into it. Sorry I'm not more helpful but at least I know it's not just me now.
