InstallShield Interrupted
I'm having trouble loading Desktop Manager on a Dell laptop running WinXP w/ service pack 3. I've gone through steps found in this thread and removed all Rim and Pumatech files in registry and hard drive but when I go to reinstall Desktop Manager (any version) the install starts and then I get an InstallShield message that "The Wizard was interrupted before Blackberry Desktop Software could be completely installed". Any advice? I've been at this for four hours...getting a little frustrated!! Thanks!!
