Default 2 questions: Nothing in POLC logs? Pushing Sametime to 8830.

New BES Admin. BES 4.1.2. Domino 7.0.2.

I'm in the process of trying to figure out why Sametime isn't being pushed to a device (8830). It was able to push to my device (8830), but doesn't push to another 8830.

So in the process, I was reading this KB article: BlackBerry Search Results

It says to check the POLC logs for a certain error. When I check that BES log, all I see is "UTF-8 encoded" and that is it. A bunch of the other BES logs have information. How do I get it to log this?

Second question. Does anyone know why I would be able to push Sametime to one 8830 and not other? The only thing I can think of is the OS on the device. I have .176, and the troubled device has .148. But I have been able to push to other 8830s with .148.
