We need to be able to view the historical logs for BBM going back to last week on our BES server. But due to a configuration mistake those logs were never created.

We've fixed the error, and we are now getting logs, but its new data only.

Is there a way we can pull historical BBM logs from a phone using BES without the user knowing about it?
