I don't know. Did a little searching and didn't hit anything right off. You might do some searching yourself, if you haven't, and spend some time at it tweaking your key words. I got a strong feeling you won't be the first to see this.
But before you do that, do a hard reset. With the power on, remove the battery. Go ahead and remove the microSD card, too. If you have a lint free cloth or a microfiber cloth, wipe the contacts good and hard between your fingers with the cloth. Then replace the card, and make sure you've inserted it all the way and it is seated. Then replace the battery. After the device boots, try again.
