Open HTTP Database wasn't working on OS 4.6.1 and greater devices.

Note: The root cause of this issue is that RIM seems to have removed the ability to write to the "/system" directory in OS 4.6.1. Unfortunately, this was the last safe directory available to store database and key files and therefore affects Synchronization as well as the HTTP Open. For this reason, synchronization is unlikely to work in OS 4.6.1 and greater. I recommend upgrading to KeePass for the Desktop 2.07 or greater, and KeePassBB v2. KeePassBB v2 uses the device's internal memory for database and keyfile storage and is not affected by this issue.
