That's a good way to put it! It was really a toss-up for me. My first experience with a BB was the Nextel 7510. I didn't really like the bulkiness of that one, nor the antenna, but did like the speakerphone. I then moved to the 7230 - loved the slimmer form factor and no antenna, but missed the speakerphone. I now own a 7100T and am loving the speakerphone and the more phone-like form factor. I use the push emails at nights and on weekends to monitor emails from 'the big boss' so I can be super responsive. But I don't do a whole lot of mailing with it. The 7100T is a great convergent device for my purposes.

If I were in outside sales and was a heavy ACT! user, I would investigate which device would synch best with ACT!...that would be my biggest consideration. I'm not an ACT! user, so I can't offer any suggestions there...
