bfrye - thank you. I did a search as you suggested prior to my post. I searched: uninstall OS (selected all words and only 1 thread came up and it was no help. Maybe I searched wrong but I tried it again and the same thing came up?
Mark - thank you I did try that and no luck, I was on the phone with vzw for 70 + min and no luck. Since they do not support v4 but since it is still under their 15 day policy they are going to let me swap it out for a new one.
