Yes, you're right. Tmobile@Home is VOIP and Unlimited Hotspot Calling is what used to be Hotspot@Home (UMA). So confusing. Even their website seems confused. Under their FAQ they have "What is T-Mobile @Home and Unlimited HotSpot Calling?" but their answer only talks about Tmob@Home haha.
