Assuming you have a BlackBerry and a BlackBerry data plan, you may have all you need. Find the app world icon, click it, register for BlackBerry ID if you haven't already, and start looking around.
If you don't see app world, look around, look in folders, etc. If it isn't installed, point the BlackBerry browser to blackberry.com/appworld and install it.
Caveats: You need a BlackBerry that is new enough to support app world (trackpad or trackball model, and new enough OS), be using a carrier/service provider that supports app world, and have a BlackBerry data plan.
