Are you on a corporate BES as well as Carrier BIS? That used to hinder the connection due to some peoples firewall settings on their corporate network. That has been corrected in 1.0.64 and above. The previous work around was to temporarily delete your Desktop [IPPP] service book before opening audble. Activate the player and then undelete the service book. I have PM'ed you the information you need to send to audible to get added to the beta test group. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
