Set your Gmail accounts (including the hosted account) for OTA Push through BIS. Email is not sync'd when you connect to your computer to sync. Your BB Calendar could be sync'd using Google Calendar Sync OTA or via Desktop Manager on your desktop. Your contacts will all end up together in the address book on the BB.
