Hello, i have a used blackberry that has a it policy on it, i cannot setup email and there is no browser icon. My service provider told me that the phone is still on the enterprise server. i saw a previous thread showing u how to remove IT policys from you phone using something starting with JL_Cmder's "resettofactory if i use this would i be able to setup email and browse the internet. Also is this the right option, because i can wait a couple days and i could get the phone off the enterprise server, but would the IT policy still be there?. Any help offered would be greatly appreciated. Also for info i have v5.0.0.484 (platform 4.2.0.214) is this the required software for the use of the JL_Cmder's "resettofactory
