Hi,

I can currently connect an O2 9000 and 8310 without any issues to my laptop but for some reason cannot detect a Voda 9000 or an O2 8520.

I am running BB DM 5.0.1 and have loaded all the relevant OS files needed. I have removed and reinstalled DM a couple of times as well.

Also, if i look in Windows Explorer when plugging in the problem devices i cannot see a drive letter being assigned so I am unsure as to whether this is an issue with my laptop, although i can connect other handhelds, or with the BB DM and OS.

I can detect the problem devices on a different laptop so I know the handhelds are not the problem.
