Hi. i was using my blackberry curve 8520 and it was working fine. then i tried to unlock my device but the keyboard and touchpad stopped working. then the phone alone, started typing passwords and i couldnt stop it. I tried restarting my phone by taking out the battery, it gave me an error regarding JVM or something like that. I connected my phone to my pc and reset it through the blackberry desktop software. it didnt work. I disconnected it and connect it again and an update popped up. so i updates to OS5 but i remember that it already had os 5. however i installled it and after installation finished, the message saying this handheld device includes software that is proprietary and... also the touchpad isnt working at all! Please help me fix my device
