It's their BES, their network and their policies. You can't get around the locks. Unless you have them remove the IT Policy and remove you from the BES. Sorry...
I am an owner of the company. So, technically that makes it MY BES. I appreciate and respect your response. I don't want to remove the IT policy, I simply want to change the idle time back to 1 hour. I don't think that's unreasonable.

However, hypothetically...if one were to remove the it policy from the phone after it has been implemented on the BES, does that result in the device losing communication with the BES?
