Can enter the redeem code and get the listing of the apps that it applies to, but when I go in to any one of them, the green download button (which shows "$9.99" stroked out and "Free" next to it in SlickTasks, for example) is all greyed out!

Even when I search for these apps without the redemption code, the purchase button, which show the full price, without any discount/free, is still greyed out...

I am trying this from in Canada (Edmonton, Alberta). I am on a Z10 with Software Release 10.1.0.4181 and OS Version 10.1.0.4633. What might be wrong???
