I'd dump QP and go with
DeLiteReset or the more full featured
DeReset. (Click 'em - they're links)
Both of those work very well, have a much smaller footprint than QP, and have caused me far fewer headaches. The confirmation screen can be set to disappear automatically after a reset too.
