They do have a programme and offer several levels (Gold, Sliver, etc). We had someone from RIM talking to us about this last week. It's a very expensive certification programme though. You would expect some costs definately, but the amount they were talking about had me thinking 'you want to charge us THAT much for acreditation to support YOUR products' - we do our in house support well enough without it thank you!!!!
