Actually, yes it can be. Sharing can be used in two ways:
1. I am going to share my chocolate bar with you. [you didn't ask me to share]
2. Can you please share your chocolate bar with me? [you asked me to share with you]
Logically, both of these situations could lead to the sharing of the chocolate bar.
