I'm using the factory wall charger, however I'm now trying a "NonRIM" charger that I got off of ebay just to see if that will make a difference. I'm wondering if the charger itself might be bad.
Yes, I have let the battery go past 20% a few times, but as previously stated I have installed a new battery and am having the same problem.
