I had a similar problem after I updated my 8830 to OS4.5.0.175 and I think I solved the problem like this: I went to Media and clicked on Menu and clicked on Explore. Then I patiently opened each folder and clicked Menu to choose View Hidden Files where applicable. I deleted everything that it allowed (except my pictures). Unfortunately I can't remember what or where was the hidden file that I deleted but my phone has been working fine for a day and I have been unable to cause it to jam the media processor.
