It is imperative that you remain patient. It is rude to attempt to type in all CAPS and it is also rude to bump your own thread so quickly. We are a forum of volunteers and not affiliated with BlackBerry in any way, shape, or form.

That said, if your old contacts still have you on their list, they will see that you are available for chat, but they won't be notified per se.
