I used a Curve before and after using the Bold for the last week or two, I am not looking back. What a great keyboard this device has and the screen is to kill for! The screen is very black and not grey like the curve so the display really pops out at you. I used a Curve and 8820 which is near the same size as the Bold.

I can see a person who used a Pearl being freaked out over the Bold's size but a Curve is not that much smaller than the Bold. I have to deal with alot of email and the keyboard is as important as it being a good phone. Speaking of the phone, the voice quality is way better than my Curve and the external speaker is an upgrade for sure!
