Then talk to carrier again if needed. But you may be out of luck.

EDIT: Also, which browser? If it is the native BB browser, it is not going to work if you do not have *blackberry* data service. Look at the opera mini browser. Google it or look in aftermarket software forum if you aren't familiar with it.
