I have a demo of Jivetalk, but thought I'd try out the RIM freebie before I bought it, seeing as MSN is the only one I use.

When I try to install it, I connect my BB up as instructed, but just get the very informative(!)

An unspecified error has occurred.

I have no problems connecting the BB to the PC, the desktop manager and all works fine, tried restarting, pulling the battery, the usual stuff.

Any ideas?
