The phone is working (BB 8800); just no email.

Will the pull-the-battery-reset cause any loss of stored information?

Hrmmm...I just did an off-on and while off the indicator light in the upper right hand corner is solid green. I can't find any reference to that in the user guide, which amazingly I still have.
