Yes, I found Messages > Options > General Options. but I cannot found Options > General Options. it is supose to be there, right? so, I want to know my phone is problem or not. also, I checked User Guide, it says that General Options is under the Options menu. but it is not there. also, I told with Tmobile Blackberry suppoter. he says that he cannot find General Option in the Options Menu even User Guide described about General options.
so, I want to know that my phone is something wrong or User Guide is Wrong or Newest Blackberry does not have General Option menu( Option > General options )
I want to really change this option but I cannot change without general options.
also, Tmobile Blackberry suppoter says that he doest not have General options section with his User guide. I was so~~ comfused about this.

Set the default volume for calls
1. In the phone, press the Menu key.
2. Click options
3. click General Options.
4. Set the Default Call Volume field.
5. Press the Menu key
6. Click Save.
