Ok, I'll try it but perhaps explain the part "use the add button to add the pin.alx" Not sure what you mean there.

If I have a file that shows: "texasholdem" with no file extension under my folder "235146af" I should rename it to "texasholdem.alx"? And then using the BB Desktop software select that file for restore. FYI I am trying to move one piece of software from one BB to another BB device. If that makes a difference, the PIN numbers will be different.
