A friend was telling me her blackberry doesn't work properly. On asking a bit more she said we have the Blackberry Internet Server which just doesn’t do the job correctly. We get our emails but it doesn’t sync with Outlook contacts and calendar.

I know nothing about the server side of things, should they be able to sync calendar and contacts?
