I hope this is the correct forum to post this in. If not, I apologize. I recently bought an 8700c from Cingular. I am trying to use the enterprise activation with my company through their server. Our Admin gave me the password but when i try to activate it just hangs on "Activating..." and after about 10mins says that there was no response from the server.

I'm new to this so I'm not sure how to fix this.

We are running the latest version of the software on our server
