- I tried opening the Sprint Mobile Connection software and it just gets stuck on 'initializing' after having the 8703e connected to my laptop. I did notice that the small arrows that show up next to the Bluetooth sign keep dropping in out. In past it used to stay constant when a connection is made. Wondering if anyone else had this prob after 4.2 on Sprint 8703e.
