By my Carrier you mean the company that provides the service? Then yeah it does support BB's. The only thing I can think of is that every time I updated my BB I chose to save my data. Maybe if I don't save it (complete erase of all data) it'll work? or does that not matter?
Edit: I have updated, downgraded and restarted so much I'm afraid I'm gonna screw up my cell.
