Do you think for a second that RIM does not troll the internet for any mention of their name, especially on sites dedicated to their product? Welcome to the 21'st century.

BlackPad was the in-house name given to the tablet project while under development. Certainly surperior to "PlayBook" except to the public school age demographic where "play" anything is viewed as the intellectual high ground.
