I am using Outlook 2003, and I do not run it in cached mode.

Per an email received by one of my counterparts (rogers.com provider. yes, we have a few providers) we were instructed to remove 4.0, and reload 3.6 sp3.

I have done that, and it has reestablished communications. Just hesitant now to try 4.0 again...
