UPDATE1: I then made out like I wanted to reload them and did an ADD and when I browsed to the PIN.alx I got the dreaded "No additional applications designed for your device were found" - so maybe things didn't go as well as I thought? I will go actually delete one and try it again just incase it knows nothing is missing and report back after...
UPDATE2: I see the alx is present but the cod is not... still investigating...
