I have the same thing for my main work e-mail account. I can get into the OWA and see the e-mails - just can not open them.

However if yo log on to your BIS account and set up a new e-mail account as a work account you should be able get your e-mails on your BB just like all of your other e-mail.

Just enter you https remote web address for OWA and then enter your user name and password.
