Software upgrade

Hello everyone.
Maybe it's kinda dumb question but I can't upgrade my 8100.
There was one time when I succeeded right after I bought it. And there have been a lot of software releases since that time and I was following the same steps but it doesn't prompt for upgrade.
Here is what I have:
Pearl 8100 with AT&T
Platform Version: 2.3.0.80
Application Version: 4.2.1.101
Trying to load SW 4.3.071 from SPRINT using Desktop Manager 4.3.015
Can anybody help me to understand where is the problem?
