What SimulSays has is unique to the BlackBerry in that it is a true native BB application that integrates into your phone. Other services (there are at least two others) just text you or email you that you have a voicemail, without the integration SimulSays offers. I tried it, and now signed up for the transcribing too. Worth the $9.95 a month personally.
