i have a tour 9630 with verizon and when i receive a text with sound, that sound automatically makes itself my ringtone.Even after i hang up from a call n the phone is not being used, this sound continues to play.Ive tried quickpull and battery pull as well and they fix the problem until i get another text with sound and then its back to start all over again. please help, its driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!
