By pressing the screen the message doesn't even show up. I even tried to plug it into my PC to see if maybe by connecting to DM but still no luck. The only way to get it to work is to do a hard reset :( it suckkkkksss!!!
I searched on google and couldn't find any solutions :(. Any ideas?

Reinstall ur carriers OFFICIAL OS just to be certain it isn't a hardware issue...
