Just thought of something.....
Maybe the carrier's could impliment something like *ICE* and it would Autimatically lockdown your phone to your pre-set ICE numbers only ,, the displaying the BloodType and Eye color and FPrint swirl type of the person.
I think this would help incase you lend your phone out to anyone.
