isoconsultantusa, in case you haven't noticed this forum is NOT operated by BlackBerrry/RIM and is only staffed by volunteers who try to help fellow users. You seem to think the manufacturer is ignoring you and you need to learn how to use the Internet to discover where you should direct your anger or annoyance.
That is not to the members and moderators of this privately run forum.
